Role Overview:
Popular Mega Motors is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Branch Head – Sales at our Manjeri branch in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a preference for those who have experience in commercial vehicle sales. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive the sales operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring targets and goals are met or exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the branch’s market share and profitability.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Development:Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained, coordinating with the logistics and supply chain departments as needed.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the commercial vehicles sector.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– In-depth knowledge of the local market in Malappuram and surrounding areas.
– Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
