Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all warranty-related processes and claims.
– Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
– Coordinate with service teams to handle warranty repairs and replacements.
– Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and service reports.
– Liaise with customers and vendors regarding warranty issues.
– Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
– Train and support staff on warranty procedures and customer service best practices.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance warranty service delivery.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in warranty management within the commercial vehicle industry.
– Strong understanding of warranty policies, procedures, and documentation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for managing warranty claims.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
