On-field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven On-Field Sales Executive with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in on-field sales activities. The ideal candidate will be a male professional who excels in direct sales and is willing to travel extensively. This role is crucial in driving our business growth through active engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-field sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in on-field sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in IT services and products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
