We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the commercial segment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Experience in handling warranty processes, preferably in the commercial segment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle warranty claims and processes for vehicles in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with the service department and customers to ensure efficient processing of warranty claims.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns related to warranty services.
Monitor and report on warranty trends and issues to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
