We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warranty Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the commercial segment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
  • Experience in handling warranty processes, preferably in the commercial segment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle warranty claims and processes for vehicles in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the service department and customers to ensure efficient processing of warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns related to warranty services.
  • Monitor and report on warranty trends and issues to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
