Site Engineer – IT

We are seeking a competent and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience, particularly in managing IT infrastructure at client sites. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Computer & Hardware, with strong expertise in firewall installation, server setup, and configuration of networking equipment. This role requires technical proficiency in handling both hardware and software setups, ensuring smooth operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Fortigate Firewalls at client sites to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
• Perform server stacking and implementation, setting up servers according to project requirements at client locations.
• Install and manage both Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring proper functionality and security measures.
• Configure and set up Access Points and Switches to ensure optimal network connectivity for clients.
• Implement and manage Active Directory Domain Controllers to streamline client network environments and user access controls.
• Provide technical support for network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to meet project deadlines and address technical requirements.
• Prepare site reports, track project progress, and ensure all installations comply with company standards.
