Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 1 to 2.5 years of experience in lead generation via cold calls. The ideal candidate will be a female professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making 80+ calls per day. This role is crucial to our growth strategy and requires a tenacious individual who can effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a minimum of 80 cold calls daily to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Target various markets, with experience in at least two markets such as India, US, UK, UAE, etc.
  • Maintain a detailed database of prospects and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching out to new clients.
  • Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to articulate the value proposition of our products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT services and products is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
