IT Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and optimization of IT infrastructure solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, implementing tailored solutions, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure solutions for clients, including cloud services, cybersecurity measures, Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory management.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet their business needs.
• Configure and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc) to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement and manage security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementations, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Active Directory management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are a plus. Preferred Skills
• Experience with network configuration and management.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V etc ).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
• Understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
